Texas Whitetail Deer Hunting is what we know and love. Antler Hunt Ranch is located on over 800 acres of beautiful West Texas land with whitetail deer hunts from 120” – 220” SCI. If you’re looking just for meat with our doe/cull hunts or that once-in-a-lifetime trophy, we have it. AHR has a near 100% shooting opportunity and, with that, a high rate of success. For your convenience, we offer 8 hunting blinds with shooting lanes encompassing grain fields, watering locations, and feeders. The wildlife is abundant. There is no telling what may show up during our hunts. Guests enjoy hunting from fiberglass blinds on 10’, 5’, and ground level with normal rifle shots from 50 – 200 yards. Bow hunters will be in ground blinds located 20 – 25 yards from feeders.

Most blinds can accommodate up to 3 hunters, can be heated, and are equipped with cushioned chairs. All blinds are strategically located to allow plenty of sanctuary areas for the deer throughout the property. We do our best not to have more than 4 hunters on the property at a time unless special group arrangements have been made.

Texas Deer Hunting Trip

How your Texas Deer Hunting Trip will start:

  • 5:00 am: Wake-up time and breakfast snacks available
  • 6:00 am – 11:00 am: Morning Hunt
  • 11:00 am – 2:00 pm: Leisure Time/Hunt Time
  • 2:30 pm: Afternoon Hunt
  • 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm: Dinner and “Bragging Time”

Please understand we are hardcore hunters that will hunt all day if you want and will gladly throw out any schedule. The above is always subject to change.

Items to bring: rifle, bow or crossbow with ammo, arrows or bolts, optics and hunting supplies, rain gear and warm clothing, good boots, and any other personal items you may need. We recommend no less than a .243 caliber rifle, and we will check if needed upon arrival just to be sure all is well. ​
